Live-Camera Betting

What Is Lukk by Adkuu?

Lukk, by Adkuu, is a B2B live-camera betting product: an AI watches a public webcam, writes a question about what happens next, prices it, and the camera settles it.

Lukk is a live-camera betting product made by Adkuu OÜ, an Estonian AI company founded in 2024 in Tallinn. An AI watches a public live camera, writes a short question about what happens next ("Will a bus cross the junction before the light turns red?"), prices it live, players call it with one tap at a locked price, and when the window closes the camera settles it from signed evidence frames. Lukk is built for betting platforms (sportsbooks, casinos, lotteries), runs under the operator's brand on the operator's own wallet, and is in early access as of October 2026. Its tagline is "Watch the world. Call it."

Who makes Lukk

Adkuu OÜ (Staapli 3-113, 10415 Tallinn, Estonia; hello@adkuu.com) positions itself as "iGaming Intelligence": it takes real problems in iGaming and rebuilds them with AI, and it sells only B2B, so operators run its products under their own brand. The founders are Andrei Hirvi (co-founder and CTO), Claus Pener (co-founder and CEO) and Aleksei Gorodenkov (co-founder and advisor). Lukk is one of three Adkuu products, next to Adkuu Pulse and AI Sphere. The product site is lukk.gg; the Adkuu overview is at /solutions/lukk.

What Lukk does, end to end

StepWhat happens
WatchPublic cameras (street crossings, junctions, harbours, canal bridges, container ports, bird feeders, wildlife pools, ski slopes) are broadcast as synchronized rotating channels: Streets, Crossings, Nature, Water, Ports, Wildlife. Everyone watches the same scene; a strict majority of current viewers can vote to skip to the next scheduled scene.
SeeThe vision layer tracks every car, bus, bird and pedestrian in frame and what each is doing; players see exactly the pixels the oracle judges, with detection boxes drawn over the video.
WriteThe AI writes a natural-language question in one of five shapes (race, first-to, count, happen, state-at-close) as a YES/NO or multiple-choice market, and the rule is frozen and hashed before the first bet.
PriceThe market is priced live. A new market opens every minute or two; a round is about 90 seconds.
CallOne tap backs an outcome at a locked price; the payout is exactly stake × odds, with odds up to ×20. A ticket locks its odds one to three seconds after the tap, with an in-flight veto and price protection.
SettleThe camera is the oracle: deciding frames are locked, signed (ed25519) and published with the result, with a replay behind it; markets settle within seconds of close, larger payouts after a short verification hold. If the camera cannot tell, the market is voided and every stake refunded.

How operators get Lukk

Lukk is a B2B game and content provider: the operator keeps the player relationship and the funds, and Lukk supplies the stream, the markets, the pricing, the settlement and the widget. There are two integration paths, and many operators run both. The widget path is an iframe launched from a single-use session minted by the operator's backend, locked to the operator's registered origins, with a postMessage bridge for ready, bet, session-expired and theme events; Adkuu's estimate is an afternoon. The feed path delivers fair probabilities and margined fixed odds, timing, status, limits, the frozen rule hash and recent settlements over REST, with live updates on WebSocket as markets change and a gRPC mirror; the estimate is days. Money moves through four endpoints on the operator's side (debit, credit, rollback, reconcile), each HMAC-SHA256 signed and idempotent; Lukk never holds player funds and never sees a name, email or balance, only an opaque player reference. Pricing runs per operator account in house mode (the Lukk price plus the operator's margin, liability-adjusted) or amm mode (fair-curve fills at the live probability). The commercial model is a revenue share of 5–8% of GGR with no upfront fees. The operator keeps licence, player, funds, KYC/AML, age verification, responsible-gambling controls, geofencing, terms and disputes; Lukk is a PII-free supplier running per-ticket limits, the acceptance delay, suspensions, circuit breakers and kill switches. Regulatory classification of camera-resolved event contracts differs by jurisdiction and is worked through per market with the operator's legal team; Lukk carries supplier KYB, licensing and certification tracks on its side. Status and roadmap

As of October 2026 Lukk is in early access: the integration guide is at v1.1, dated 6 October 2026, and Adkuu is onboarding its first operators. The live demo runs inside Adkuu Play at play.adkuu.com/lukk exactly the way an operator would run it (launch link, seamless wallet, themed widget); it uses play money on a test network, nothing can be won or cashed out, and it is for adults only (18+). Operator certification happens on a play-money account on the production surface. On the roadmap: a dedicated sandbox host, bet-placed and bet-cancelled webhooks, session-level limits and reality-check hooks at launch, operator-owned cameras and exclusive low-latency streams, partner scene packs, backoffice self-service and a localised widget.

How Lukk relates to Adkuu Pulse and AI Sphere

Adkuu's three products share one delivery model, B2B under the operator's brand, and solve different problems. Adkuu Pulse is a fixed-odds prediction-markets feed on politics, crypto, tech, culture, science and local events, with an AI probability shaped by a risk model and ready-to-use odds priced with the operator's margin, delivered by REST, WebSocket and gRPC (/solutions/prediction-markets). AI Sphere is player personalization from the first click across 20,000+ games, with explainable recommendations (/solutions/personalized-lobby). Lukk is the live-world betting feed: real scenes, AI-written markets, camera-settled results. A sportsbook that wants non-sports content might pair Pulse for the news cycle with Lukk for the minute-by-minute cadence. For the player-side mechanics see how Lukk works and the Lukk FAQ.
